This page is for those visitors who are new to Docusearch. Here we explain how to best navigate
the Docusearch.com Web site, select the appropriate investigative search, place an order, payment options and how
to view completed search results.
Investigative Searches
You will find a list of investigative searches, by category, along the left margin of every page of this Web site.
If you know the category of search you would like to explore, you may click there directly. Alternatively, you
may view a complete search menu by clicking "All Searches".
Search Descriptions
It is extremely important that you read and understand the search description before placing an order. On each
description page, you will find everything you'll need to know pertaining to the desired search, including price,
geographic availability, approximate return times, special restrictions, in-depth search and ordering strategies,
guarantee policy (if any) and sample search result.
Placing An Order
Once you have reviewed the complete search description you are ready to place an order. Clicking the blue order button on the bottom of the page will
place the search in your shopping cart. You may either continue shopping, cancel your entire order or complete
your order. Please read and follow the order instructions carefully. You will be prompted to enter information
specific to your search request, crucial to the success of your order. You will also be asked information about
you, the client. As responsible private investigators, it is imperative that we know who our clients are, and can
contact you regarding your order. All client information stays with us and will never be revealed to a third party.

Order Payment
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. If you prefer not
to enter your credit card number on our secure server, you may fax it to us instead. Another acceptable payment
option is by cashiers check or money order in US funds, sent directly to our office. No order will be processed
until acceptable payment is received and approved. For detailed information regarding our secure payment
server and acceptable payment methods, please see Payment Options.
Order Completion
Once you have submitted your order, a confirmation will be automatically sent to the email address you have supplied.
This conformation will include a copy of your order and other important data, such as order number, user-name and
password. Be sure this information is saved in a secure place as it will be needed to view your search results.
Expect to be contacted at the telephone number you have provided. Direct person-to-person communication is one
of the benefits of using our service, and what separates us from the rest.
Search Results
Once your search has been completed, you will be sent another email message explaining how to view the results
on our secure Web site. You may save, print or delete your results, as desired. |
