Use this form only if you have recently submitted an order and failed
to receive Order Confirmation via email. If you do not receive confirmation of your order, then you have most-likely
supplied an incorrect or invalid email address. This must be remedied immediately. Most email problems result from
improper address formatting and are easily resolved:
Common Email Errors
- Occasionally, heavy network traffic can significantly cause email delivery delays
of up to 2-4 hours. Note: AOL subscribers should allow extra time for email
delivery.
- All email addresses are case insensitive so, upper and/or lower case characters
are acceptable.
- Check for letters or characters that you may have inadvertently included, such
as dashes, periods or slashes.
- All Email address contain the @ symbol, which is followed by the domain
type. Example: Happyguy@aol.com or jfrost@msn.net.
